Hi, my name is Julie Peyton and my role on the Dennison Team is that of buyers’ agent. My job is to get you, the buyer, the house of your dreams for the best possible price! It is also my duty and responsibility to educate and protect you throughout the entire home buying process.

I have been helping my clients purchase their homes for over 13 years. As a former middle school math teacher, I like to focus on the statistical aspect of the real estate business and use it to my buyers’ advantage during the negotiation phase of the buying process. I live in Arnold, Maryland with my husband Donald, our three wonderful children (Matthew, Tyler, and Emma), and our two dogs (Dexter and Petie).  In my free time I enjoy laughing, riding my bike on the B&A trail, boating on the Magothy River, reading, and hanging-out with friends and family.
